Obama would treat Osama as if he were your mama

Please don't misunderstand me in any way, if someone who is a citizen of this country commits a terrorist act against us, then yes, they should have their day in court. However, foreign terrorists in other countries are a totally different scenario. They aren't US citizens and therefore aren't entitled to be treated as such.

I realize that the Supreme Court made a very bad decision last week and as president, Senator McCain would have to deal with that, but the whole point is extremely ridiculous. It just emphasizes the point that OBL should be shot on site. If we can figure out where he is he should be bombed into oblivion.

Did we forget that these people were captured ACTIVELY fighting this country. Most of them with AK47 in hand!

I think the last seven years have very clearly proven that we cannot treat terrorism as a law enforcement issue. It needs to be dealt with aggressively and we need to be paying attention to good, actionable intelligence.
