Six months in jail for saying a prayer. Is this Iran... no, wait it's Florida.
Read it here.
Kind of funny that when people read the first amendment,
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
they see the part about "respecting an establishment of religion" but they miss the part about "prohibiting the free exercise thereof".

This is just another example of the impact of restrictions on "Free Speech" for some and the biased attacks by the ACLU.
Keith, it is also why I have been urging you to become a legislator or at least to bring your messages to a broader audience (at least). Your messages are generally concise and fairly well researched although you could do a little more investigation on historical information.
Thanks for the vote of confidence.
I'll work on adding more historical references and investigation. :)
